    4 smiles Good quality hotel
    Although much further south of downtown Birmingham (35 minutes by car) and Homewood (25 minutes) than expected, the property and amenities were excellent for the price-range. hotel room was large, the king-size bed was firm, and all furnishings, coffee maker, iron, etc. were great quality. Although the property was full, hotel room was quiet. help was friendly & efficient. only complaint is the hot water, which was never warmer than hotel room temperature at morning or at night.

    Good hotel for the business traveler. SAFE area, spotless rooms, freindly staff. Great price. Only negitives: Water heater could not keep up in the am...warm at best. Music from Irish bar could be heard at night if You're a light sleeper - request opposite side room.

    There was not any HOT water, and there was a mildew odor all over the property and the cleaning crew does not do a great job.

    the property was nice, clean, and most importantly felt safe. The help were absolutly lovely people. The city was gorgeous and you were in the perfect location, minutes from everything. would definitly stay again.

    We just spent a night at this property on our trip to Atlanta.it's great enough for what we paid. Check in/out in few minutes and complimentary breakfast meal better than expected.Will stay again.
